BOOKING CONDITIONS

To be ok a booking must be accompanied with the payment of the deposit and the booking contract signed by yourself.

For accomodation

  • Deposit of 25% of the price + 20 € for administration fees. 
  • The balance must be paid 30days before arrival date.
  •  You can pay with : Credit card ( MasterCard or visa ) , credit transfer, Cash ( in Euros)

2 Guarantees will be ask at arrival :

  • 350 € to cover possible damages to the accommodation during your stay.
  • 80 € to cover cleaning charges if the accommodation is not clean when you leave
    ( You can consult the booking contract to have more details)

For the Camping Place :

  • Deposit of 120 €.

  • Balance must be paid at arrival.

  • You can pay with : Credit card ( MasterCard or visa ) , credit transfer, Cash ( in Euros)

A deposit of 20 € cash will be asked to you for the gate key. We give it back to you the day you leave when you bring back the key.
We advise you to bring an adaptor for the electric connection.

The renting is exclusive to the hirer and is not transferable. In case of a false declaration from the hirer the contract will be cancelled and the amount paid will be kept by the campsite.


ACCOMODATION RENTAL CONDITION :

Booking :
A booking is considered as sure once the campsite sends a written confirmation
A booking must be accompanied by a signed and dated booking contract.
The balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival date. If not the booking will be considered as cancelled and the deposit will be kept by the campsite

Cancellation insurance is 3,5% of the total amount with a minimum of 20€ payable directly to the insurance company: ASSURIAL.
Refer to the Assurial contract for all conditions.


If you don't have insurance cancellation :

  1. In case of cancellation more than 30 days before arrival you will be refunded but we will keep 20 € for cancellation fees.
    Between 30 and 15 days before arrival : we will keep 50% of the amount.
    Less than 15 days before arrival : no refund at all.
  2. You must advise us if you're late. The booking is held by the campsite 24hours after your date of arrival. After this time the booking is automatically cancelled.
  3. An early departure or late arrival will not give rise to any reimbursement.
  4. In all cases we will keep 20 € for cancellation fees.
  5. The tribunal of Les Sables d'Olonne shall be the exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes.

CAMPING PLACE RENTAL CONDITION :

Booking :
A booking is considered as sure once the campsite sends a writing confirmation
A booking must be accompanied by a signed and dated booking contract.
The balance must be paid when you arrive.

  1. An early departure or late arrival will not give rise to any reimbursement.
  2. You must advise us if you're late. The booking is held by the campsite 24hours after your arrival date. After that time the campsite can rent the place to someone else.
  3. If you cancel more than 30days before your arrival date the deposit will be refunded.
    Less than 30days it will be kept by the campsite.
    In all cases 20€ for cancellation fees will be kept.
  4. The tribunal of Les Sables d'Olonne shall be the exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes.
